Students who, 1. have a Chinese Bachelor Degree, and, 2. are studying a Master degree in Accounting, but cannot complete 9 subjects before 1/7/2010:

You may still have the chance to have your accounting skill assessed under the current policy, which does not require IELTS 7.0.
