Minimise Your Waiting Time

Due to the start of the new school year, you may find our counsellors in our Sydney office are very busy and you may need to wait for a longer time than usual.

However, please be assured that we will continue to provide the best services to you together with the support from the whole ACIC team.

If you want to minimise your waiting time, we encourage you to visit us on Tues, Wed & Thurs mornings from 9:30am - 11:30am if possible.

Of course, students are welcomed to visit us anytime during our office hours from Mon-Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm.
