Transformed with a $120-million property-wide refurbishment, the reimagined InterContinental Sydney has been unveiled with a ribbon cutting celebration hosted by Mulpha International and Lord Mayor, Clover Moore.

Since its formation as The Treasury Building in 1851, this site has been one of the city’s most significant locations. The new design celebrates its rich history, preserving the sacred stories of our nation’s past for future generations to enjoy.

This is an excellent opportunity for the Hotel School’s students as Mulpha International owns both the InterContinental Hotel Sydney and The Hotel School Australia. Students will have direct access to internship and graduate opportunities.
