The Hotel School,  a unique partnership between Mulpha Australia (one of the biggest owners of hotels and resorts) and Southern Cross University. This brand new course covers theory and practices within the industry, finance, management and communication as well as food, beverage partnership.

Graduates are suited to entry-level supervisory positions in the hotel, leisure, tourism and hospitality sectors including; human resource management, food and beverage operations, sales and marketing, rooms division and front office management.

IELTS required is only 5.5 and successful completion of the Diploma of Hotel Management can also gain entry directly into Year 2 of the Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management.
