Flinders University – Go Beyond International Scholarships Offering Up to 50% Tuition Reduction & Doubled Mobility Grants for 2026/2027

Flinders University has reaffirmed its commitment to attracting global talent by opening applications for its flagship Go Beyond International Scholarships for upcoming 2026 and 2027 intakes, alongside an upgraded funding policy for international study mobility and postgraduate research. High-achieving commencing international students applying for eligible undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs can receive tiered tuition fee reductions of 20% (Global Scholarship), 25% (Excellence Scholarship), or an impressive 50% (Vice-Chancellor International Scholarship) for the full standard duration of their degree. In addition, the university recently announced in August 2026 that its RA Simpson International Scholarship mobility grants will double in value from 2027 onwards, alongside an increased tax-free living stipend of $36,061 per annum for 2026/2027 Flinders International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (FIPRS) recipients.

These substantial financial awards make studying at Flinders University—including its state-of-the-art new Adelaide City Campus at Festival Plaza—one of the most attractive options in Australia. When combined with Adelaide’s low cost of living and South Australia’s regional migration advantages (such as extra points for skilled migration and an additional year on the Temporary Graduate Visa), a 20% to 50% tuition fee reduction delivers an exceptional return on educational investment.

Please note that while the 20% and 25% Go Beyond tiers are automatically assessed upon submitting a course admission application, the prestigious 50% Vice-Chancellor International Scholarship requires a separate application form and is subject to strict closing dates (with current 2026/2027 rounds open until late 2026). Prospective applicants are encouraged to contact ACIC early to prepare a competitive application package before quotas are exhausted.
