The University of Queensland (UQ)  has jumped 7 places to be ranked 43 in the world in the prestigious QS World Rankings 2024. This places UQ in the top 3% of the 1,500 global universities ranked. This achievement reflects the University’s outstanding reputation for excellence in teaching, learning and research.

In other rankings news, UQ has been ranked 35th in the world overall, and 3rd in Australia in the 2023 CWTS Leiden Ranking (all based on the impact indicator P top 1%).
