The path is clear for approximately 500 international students to return to NSW from December 2021, aligning with the State’s roadmap to recovery after achieving a vaccination target of 80 per cent in the NSW community.

This is an important milestone for NSW and reinforces the State’s standing as a world-leading study destination, especially for any international student considering NSW as the next place to learn and live in their education journey.

The first plane of returning international students has been booked and will land at Sydney Airport on Monday 6 December. The Government look forward to welcoming back international students to New South Wales.
