La Trobe University has made an impressive rise in the top 250 universities in the world, achieving a ranking of 234 in the 2021 Times Higher Education (THE) World Ranking and placing third in Victoria.

This is La Trobe’s highest position to date in this ranking and is a rise of 57 ranks from last year’s 291 position.

For a third consecutive year, La Trobe has risen by a full band, rising 158 ranks since 2017.
