RMIT University – Expanded 2026/2027 International Pathway & Regional Scholarships Offering Up to 20% Tuition Reduction

RMIT University has officially updated its international scholarship portfolio for late 2026 and 2027 intakes, introducing generous financial support across both direct-entry coursework programs and packaged pathway studies. Under the latest guidelines, commencing international students from Greater China enrolling in a Bachelor’s degree packaged with ELICOS, Foundation Studies, Fast Track University Pathway, Vocational Education (VE), or an Associate Degree are eligible for the Pathway Scholarship for China, which provides a 20% tuition fee reduction on the bachelor program. Furthermore, RMIT has launched the 2027 English to Foundation Studies/Fast Track Pathway Bursary, alongside the Future Leaders Scholarship (offering a 20% tuition reduction across eligible Bachelor and Master’s degrees for South Asian applicants) and targeted Academic Merit Scholarships for Southeast Asia.

These comprehensive scholarship updates create a highly cost-effective pathway for international students aiming to study in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. By extending 20% tuition fee reductions and bursaries to students entering via English, Foundation, and Vocational pathways, RMIT significantly lowers the financial barrier for applicants who do not meet direct undergraduate entry requirements, while still guaranteeing access to RMIT’s globally renowned industry connections and work-integrated learning opportunities.

While automatic merit and pathway assessments apply to several regional awards upon submitting a packaged course application, specific high-value scholarships require early acceptance and meet strict quota limits ahead of the 2027 semesters. Prospective students are strongly advised to prepare their academic transcripts and English proficiency results early to secure both their packaged admission offer and scholarship allocation.
