William Angliss wins Gold Medal in the Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award

 

A first-year Certificate III Commercial Cookery (Apprenticeship) student from William Angliss has won gold for the entrée, in the finals of the Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award, and wowed judges with the student’s three course Middle Eastern inspired set.
